How long does an operational performance mandate last?

The duration depends on the organization’s goals and priorities. An initial diagnosis can be made quickly (8-16 hours) to identify urgent needs and put together an action plan. The implementation of solutions can take several months. We are working in stages so that you can see concrete results quickly, very early in the mandate.

Where do we start concretely?

We start with a general discussion about your operations, processes, what is going well, what is not going so well. This diagnosis allows us to assess the needs and their priorities. Then, we prepare recommendations, an execution plan and we take action.
