Juliana Khalil, Founder
In 2003, at the end of my MBA, I accepted my first consulting mandate in an SME. I quickly realized that this is the environment I wanted to work in: in solving concrete problems, in transformation, with people who really want to change things.
What has driven me for more than 25 years is to be the support that helps people see things clearly and take action. Not as an outside expert watching from afar, but as someone who is part of the team. With an engineering background, MBA, I bring both technical rigor and the ability to reach the people behind the numbers.
Outside the office: mom of two, big fan of travel, natural nutrition and yoga. I try to stay in the moment, which is easier said than done. 🙂

As a professional in business development and strategic innovation, I support companies in the commercialization of technologies, the development of strategic partnerships and the implementation of high-impact growth initiatives.
My experience spans several sectors, including biotechnology, cosmetics, consumer health, advanced materials, coatings, and emerging technologies.
I help organizations turn innovation into concrete opportunities through an approach focused on go-to-market strategy, licensing, market development, innovation scouting, and strategic collaborations in North America and Europe. I also work with management teams, innovation ecosystems and investment partners to accelerate growth and create new avenues of value.
My interests are particularly focused on transformative technologies related to health, wellness, sustainable materials, and innovation initiatives with high commercial potential.
